Gallery: RuPaul's Drag Race finalist performs at alma mater
Crystal Methyd, Springfield drag queen and season 12 RuPaul's Drag Race finalist, co-hosted Student Activity Council's Drag Bingo as her second in-person performance since the television series aired. Methyd was joined by Drag Race season 13 contestant Denali Fox of Alaska.
Over one hundred Missouri State students attended the free event, which began at 8 p.m. Thursday evening However, a line of students began outside of the Plaster Student Union Ballroom over an hour before. Students with a valid BearPass card and ticket could enter. Winners were awarded a gift card of choice.
After the conclusion of the bingo games, students were able to participate in a meet and greet with both Methyd and Fox.
