Kevaughn Brown is well aware of the amount of fame that comes from playing on the offensive line: little to none. In fact, when an offensive line does get some attention, it's most often criticism or blame on the unit for the team's poor play. However, if there is one spot on the offensive line that does get the most attention, positive or not, it very well could be Brown's position: left tackle.

The Missouri State Ice Bears will start a new season next weekend against Iowa State, a Division I team. It will be their first game since their season-ending loss to Michigan last February. For every player on the team, the game will also be his first without former head coach Benjamin Alexander.
It may have taken a little longer than expected, but Bears goalkeeper Jackie Jasper finally has the most career wins in Missouri State women's soccer history. After tying the record back on Aug. 31 in a 1-0 home win against Tulsa, the Bears went winless in their next three games before coming on strong Friday night against Nicholls State in a 7-0 win.
The Missouri State cross-country team dominated its home meet on Saturday as they took first place at the Missouri State Classic. Sophomore Pasca Cheruiyot, who placed first individually with a time of 17:46.90, demolishing the old course record of 18:29, led the Bears.
