Missouri State University Student Government Association is partnering with carGO - Go Local, a ride sharing service similar to Uber or Lyft, to provide discounts to current students.

Missouri State SGA posted on Twitter yesterday saying that carGO is a cheaper, local ridesharing service, compared to Uber or Lyft.

MSU students are able to enter the code "msu19" to get $5 off their first ride with carGO.

CarGO also delivers food and alcohol. When opening the app, the user chooses between "Go for a ride" and "Go for food or alcohol."

Bambino's Cafe, Black Sheep Burgers and Shakes, and Crave Cookie Dough are some of the options available for delivery through the app.
